  37.  ΓûáThe first row of buttons shows your currently connected disks to your system. 
  38.  Pressing one of them starts the cataloging procedure for that drive. At the 
  39.  right side of the window you see a smaller one which holds the number of disks 
  40.  you cataloged.

  42.  ΓûáThe second row of buttons have several funtions which are also described in 
  43.  the menu options section of this document. If you move the mouse arrow over 
  44.  them there is also a short description in the title bar of the program. At the 
  45.  right side of this row you see a smaller window which displays the number of 
  46.  files contained in the currently selected volume. 
  47.  
  48.  ΓûáThe first listbox in the main window holds all cataloged volumes sorted by 
  49.  the volume name. The type column identifies the volume like follows: 
  50.  
  51.       FD - floppy disk 
  52.  
  53.       CD - compact disk or cdrom 
  54.  
  55.       HD - hard disk 
  56.  
  57.       MO - optical disk 
  58.  
  59.  The disk column holds the volume names and if it is an audio cd the 
  60.  interpreter and cdrom title. The free KB column shows how much kilobytes are 
  61.  available on the volume and the used KB column shows the kilobytes that are in 
  62.  use by all files. The last column total KB/time lists the total amount of time 
  63.  an audio cd has recorded on it or the total capacity in kilobytes of that 
  64.  volume.

  66.  ΓûáThe second listbox in the main window identifies the filename and the path 
  67.  where it is located. The size, date and time are the appropriate attributes of 
  68.  the file.

  70.  ΓûáIn the last field at the bottom of the main window you can type any comment 
  71.  for the currently selected disk. It will be saved automatically when another 
  72.  volume is selected.

  110.  attributes to the clipboard. Either you the context menu or the third button

  116.  The delete functions deletes the currently selected volume from your database.

  123.  With the search files function you can search your database for files. You can
